Delivery of your order 

We aim to despatch within 3 working days and deliver your order within 7 working days.

Delivery will be by Royal Mail or couriers unless other arrangements have been agreed by e-mail.

• Over 100g -  249g cost £2.20
• Over 250g - 499g costs £2.99
• Over 500g – 749g costs £3.75
• Over 750g - 999g costs £4.49
• Over 1kg – 1.249kg costs £5.25
• Over 1.25kg - 1.499kg costs £5.99
• Over 1.5kg - 1.749kg costs £6.75
• Over 1.75kg - 1.999kg costs £7.25
• Over 2kg - 20kg costs £7.49 by Special Courier to UK Mainland Only
• Over 2kg – 20kg cost £14.98 by Special Courier to The Highlands, Isle Of White and Northern Ireland
• Over 2Kg - 20Kg cost £21.47 by Special Courier to Southern Ireland , Channel Islands & the Isle Of Man.
• For all other countries please contact us first for postage and packaging cost.

Undeliverable Orders

If goods cannot be received at your delivery address, a further fee may be required to re-deliver the goods ordered.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days undamaged and unused and we will refund you the product cost minus post & packaging costs. Faulty goods will have a full refund. The only exceptions are edible items and cut ribbon which we cannot refund.

Faulty Goods

If any goods received have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt in order for us to proceed with a claim on your behalf from the carrier. We cannot accept late claims.

Cancelling an order

Please send an e-mail as early as possible so that we can prevent any items from being despatched to you.
