Terms and Conditions
1. The Laws of the United Kingdom govern all purchases via this website.
2. Thesugarcraftshop.co.uk is the trade name of our website and is not the name of our company which is “The Bread Basket”.
3. VAT (15%) is added to goods where applicable for orders from the UK and European Union.VAT exempt items are mainly edible products and books.
4. We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days but this may be extended at busy periods. If we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you provided we have a valid E-mail address or phone number to make new arrangements.
5. All products are subject to manufacturer’s availability. Should we not have the item in stock, we will find an alternative or give a full refund.
6. The Bread Basket will not be responsible or liable for failure to meet a stated delivery date or any consequential loss caused by a late delivery.
7. If any goods received have been damaged in transit, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt in order for us to proceed with a claim on your behalf from the carrier. We cannot accept late claims.
8. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days undamaged and unused and we will refund you the product cost minus postage costs. Faulty goods will have a full refund. The only exceptions are edible items we cannot refund.
9. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change a delivery address. |
