Delivery of your order

We aim to despatch within 2 working days and deliver your order within 7 working days.

Delivery will be by Recorded Royal Mail or couriers unless other arrangements have been agreed by e-mail.

Postage & Packing Costs

• Up to 1kg costs £2.99
• Over 1kg – 3kg costs £5.99
• Over 3kg – 8kg costs £7.99
• Over 8kg – £1 per Kg or for larger weights and postage to The Highlands we will inform you by e-mail of the most economic method.

Undeliverable Orders

If goods cannot be received at your delivery address, a further fee may be required to re-deliver the goods ordered.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days undamaged and unused and we will refund you the product cost minus post & packaging costs. Faulty goods will have a full refund. The only exceptions are edible items and cut ribbon which we cannot refund.

Faulty Goods

If any goods received have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt in order for us to proceed with a claim on your behalf from the carrier. We cannot accept late claims.

Cancelling an order

Please send an e-mail as early as possible so that we can prevent any items from being despatched to you.
